Are you interested in selling your business, but are not sure where to find qualified buyers?  We offer private listing services, that include the ability to have your business confidentially marketed to a network of qualified financial advisors who have expressed interest in buying similar businesses.  Each buyer has been vetted to ensure they have the capacity and capital to purchase a business, along with a clean U-4 and are in good standing with compliance.

our Process when working with you the seller:

+ 1) Confidential Introduction

  1. We will hold a confidential introductory call with you to discuss your priorities for a succesor, including firm size, location, expertise, and what your requirements are from a personal and business perspective.
  2. Provide you with 2-3 options for buyers that fit the profile that you are looking as a successor and let you determine if you would like to meet with them.
  3. After consulting with you, we will make the introduction to the firm(s) you would like to evaluate to determine if they are a potential fit.

+ 2) Succession Proposal

  1. Once we have established your priorities and ideal buyout structure, we will develop a CV and proposal that includes a summary of your firm, the opportunities for the buyer, and the buyout terms and structure you would like to have the buyer agree to.
  2. We will facilitate an introduction to the potential buyer (s), and provide you all the resources you need to present your proposal and come to an agreement.

+ 3) Agreement/Transition

  1. Once you have agreed on terms of your succession plan, we will take those terms, and draft a buy sell agreement that properly documents the plan.
  2. A succession plan is only as good as the implementation of the plan. To maximize your value, put the buyer in a position to succeed, and to ensure your clients are properly taken care of, we will develop a comprehensive transition plan, that includes client communication, account transition, and compensation transfer.
